​TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.Classes will start and end on time 3.15pm start and pick up 4.30pm. Please arrange for timely drop-off and pick-up of students. Discovery Dome Hong Kong 
Limited will not take any responsibility for the welfare or wellbeing of students outside of class time.
2.Students are accepted on a full term basis. No partial payments are accepted prior to the start of a term. If a student is accepted 
to join the course after the term has started, the payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
3.Typhoon/Enforced Closures: Classes will be cancelled when the Typhoon Signal no.8 is raised and/or the Black Rainstorm 
warning is in force and the host school is closed or there is enforced cancellation. No refunds will be given for classes cancelled under these circumstances. No make up classes will be scheduled.
4.Refunds: All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5.Waiver: Discovery Dome Hong Kong Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for the loss of, or damage to, a participant’s 
property, or for any injury or accident sustained by a participant, during courses. Students, parents & guardians agree that no 
claims will be made against Discovery Dome Hong Kong Limited, its Directors or staff.
6. We cannot accept guests to Astro Club. We know play dates and sleepovers are arranged for after school. We ask that you 
don't put us in the difficult position of having to turn away your child's play-date guest.
7. Photo's may be taken and used for promotional purposes by Discovery Dome. Children are never mentioned by name.
